WARRANTY
PERFORATED WINDOW GRAPHICS (STOREFRONT)

12-month warranty: covers peeling, excessive fading and cracking.

No warranty against peeling or abrasion on windows that move or slide.

We do not recommend opening windows that have window perf applied to them.

Typical life expectancy of perforated window film: 12-36 months.

VEHICLE LETTERING (DIE-CUT VINYL ON WINDOWS OR PAINTED SURFACES)

12-month warranty: covers peeling, excessive fading and cracking.

No warranty on chrome, diamond plate or other metalized film.

Typical life expectancy of vehicle lettering: 3-5 years depending on care and material type (metallic, chrome and metalized film have a shorter life: 1-3 years).

VEHICLE WRAPS

12-month warranty on installation and workmanship (peeling, cracking or lifting).

Damaged areas will be trimmed back, patched in, or replaced if needed.

Typical life expectancy of a vehicle wrap: 3-5 years for vertical exposure, 1-3 years for
non-vertical exposure.

6-month warranty on installation and workmanship (peeling, cracking or lifting).

These vehicles are typically used in a manner that puts stresses and abuse on a vinyl wrap.

These vehicles have more exposure to high and low speed debris and exposure to rough surfaces such as rock, stone, gravel and mud that will damage a wrap in a far shorter period than standard daily driving.

PERFORATED WINDOW GRAPHICS (VEHICLES)

6-month warranty: covers peeling, excessive fading and cracking.

No warranty against peeling or abrasion on windows that move or slide. We do not recommend opening windows that have graphics applied to them.

Graphics that are exposed to window wipers and not warranted for peeling or abrasion.

Typical life expectancy for perforated window film: 1 year.

WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

Damage caused from vandalism, wind, rain, hail, sleet or any act of God is not covered.

NO WARRANTY ON ANY PRIMERED, SANDED, MATTE, STAINLESS STEEL

SURFACES OR NON-PAINTED WITH CLEAR COAT SURFACE.

NO WARRANTY ON WHEEL WRAPS

Graphics that are “RTA” or “Ready to Apply” and are installed by the client are not covered against lifting or peelings.

Warranty repairs will be done at the ANJ Graphics install facility only

Any altering or tampering with the graphics installed by ANJ Graphics will result in the warranty being null and void.

No warranty is provided if the graphic was aggressively washed or not washed properly (pressure washing).

No warranty is provided from “wear and tear” (stone chips, dents, road rash or accidents).

No warranty is provided if paint condition includes rust, rust bubbles, paint defects or clear coat failure.

No Warranty is provided if the graphic is being applied to stone guard film or paint.

No warranty on wrapped door handles.

No warranty on wrapped mirrors

No warranty on wrapped door jambs


MAINTENANCE
INFORMATION
GRAPHIC REMOVAL

Removal of graphics prior to the end of the warranty period is guaranteed not to damage OEM-painted surfaces. If graphics are removed post-expiration of the warranty, there is no guarantee given for the surface condition after 3 years.

If surfaces are not covered with OEM paint, no warranty is provided.

THE CORRECT WAY

The following practices will help maintain the life and quality of the vinyl film:

Wash applied vinyl graphics with a blend of clean water and a mild care wash or detergent (i.e. Dawn®, Joy® or Ivory®).

Test any cleaning solution on a small section of the vinyl graphic before using.

Always read the warning labels on car care products for proper safety instructions.

Once you’ve washed the vehicle with a soapy water blend, rinse with clean water.

Either let the vehicle air dry or dry off with a microfiber cloth.

THE WRONG WAY

Indications of vinyl failure can include loss of gloss level, fading, cracking, chipping or peeling around graphic edges. The following practices will result in deterioration of the vinyl film:

Do not allow fuels to stay in contact with the vinyl for extended periods of time. Clean all spills as soon as possible.

Do not use automated car washes, truck washes using caustic cleaners or pressure washers to clean your vehicle.

Do not apply carnauba-based wax over vinyl graphics.

Do not apply any type of wax or polish to matte or carbon fiber-finished vinyls.

Do not use mechanical brush washing.

USE OF AN AUTOMATED CAR WASH or pressure washing WILL VOID THE WARRANTY PROPER CARE OF PERFORATED WINDOW GRAPHICS (VEHICLE)

It is relatively inexpensive to replace window graphics. Never compromise safety. Always ensure maximum visibility.

Avoid using the rear windshield wiper and only use when absolutely necessary, as it will scratch the laminate over time and reduce visibility. It is best to clean any grime and sediment from your rear window with a wet squeegee to avoid scratching.

Avoid using your rear defroster, use only when absolutely necessary as it can potentially reduce the lifespan of the see through perforated window film.

Avoid frequent rolling of windows with graphics in order to avoid scratching.

Do not use an ice scraper on any window that is covered with vinyl specially perforated window film as it could scratch and damage the graphics.

Keep in mind that these are simple guidelines for extending the life of your window graphics. In matters of safety, common sense should always prevail to ensure maximum visibility at all times.

CONCERNS ABOUT PRESSURE WASHING VINYL VEHICLE GRAPHICS

No warranty of any kind if the vehicle is pressure washed.

HOW TO REMOVE DIFFICULT POLLUTANTS OR DEBRIS FROM VEHICLE GRAPHICS

Spot clean the area with Isopropyl Alcohol and a microfiber rag.

Moisten a rag with a citrus-based cleaner and naphtha. Wipe down the problem areas.

Immediately after using the citrus cleaner and naphtha, rinse the area with water and soap.
